Orienta Spa Società Benefit selezione per azienda metalmeccanica di Reggio Emilia capo officina
Il responsabile della produzione si occuperà di:
- coordinamento di 5-6 addetti alla produzione e alle macchine utensili
- programmare l'attività quotidiana e settimanale della produzione in base alle esigenze aziendali
- formare e supportare gli operatori durante l'attività lavorativa per migliorare efficienza e tempistiche produttive
- supportare l'attività produttiva
Il capo officina deve:
- aver maturato esperienza consolidata in realtà metalmeccaniche, preferibilmente medio piccole
- aver coordinato un team di produzione
- possedere ottime competenze in ambito meccanico
- possedere un diploma tecnico
