un CAPO CUOCO
La risorsa si occuperà di gestire in autonomia un centro cottura che produce più di 1000 pasti.
ORARIO: dal lunedì a domenica con 2 riposi a rotazione dalle 05.00 alle 13.00 (possibili riposi nel weekend) turni NON MODIFICABILI
Requisiti: - Necessaria esperienza pregressa anche in ristoranti; - Esperienza in gestione di centro di cottura con più di 1000 pasti; - Ottima manualità e autonomia; - Diploma di alberghiero; - DISPONIBILITA' A LAVORARE NEI FESTIVI TIPOLOGIA DI CONTRATTO: contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroghe.
