Addetto/a alla cantina - Cantiniere con laurea in Enologia
La risorsa si occuperà di travasi, lavaggio vasche, e aggiunte di prodotti per la conservazione del vino, seguendo le varie fasi di lavorazione e fermentazione.
Si richiede:
- Laurea in Viticoltura ed Enologia,
- Esperienza pregressa, anche di stage, nella mansione,
- Conoscenza delle varie fasi del processo di produzione e di vinificazione e delle operazioni di cantina.
