Description
Orienta SpA, is seeking, for an international cosmetics brand, a:
BUSINESS CONTROLLER
The resource will be placed on the finance team and will report to the financial controller manager.
MAIN FOCUS ACTIVITES:
Analysis and preparation of reporting to send to Group and to BU management,
Developing, cooperating, and leading different audits,
Internal analysis of budget variance, sales performance, or store margin
Analysis and calculation of KPIs,
Building forecast scenarios to prepare budget and business plan
REQUIREMENTS
Business Administration degree
Minimum 4 years of experience in the role
Conversation level of English
Knowledge of French is a plus
SKILLS:
Good knowledge of Excel and Power Point
Good relational and organizational skills
Good understanding of the local market and customer service
SMART & LEAN 'thinking' (ability to adapt and react to dynamic situations)
Accuracy and organization, combined with a strong ambition and willingness to learn and get involved, complete the profile
TYPE OF CONTRACT: permanent contract
Smart working: 2 days a week, in agreement with the Manager
PLACE OF WORK: Rho (Milano)
