BACK OFFICE E CUSTOMER CARE CON LINGUA TEDESCA
La figura si occuperà di gestire i rapporti con i clienti del mercato tedesco, svolgendo funzioni di front e back office. Dovrà garantire una comunicazione efficace con clienti e fornitori di lingua tedesca, attraverso email, contatti telefonici e accompagnandoli nelle visite aziendali.
Si richiede:
- Ottima conoscenza del tedesco,
- Buone capacità comunicative e relazionali,
- Esperienza pregressa in ruoli di back office o customer service (preferibile),
- Disponibilità a lavorare in team e in autonomia,
- Precisione e attenzione ai dettagli,
- Patente B.
