un ADDETTO ALL' ASSISTENZA CLIENTI
La risorsa si occuperà di effettuare una prima assistenza ai clienti aziendali, nello specifico di:
- Contatto telefonico o via mail per la raccolta delle richieste del cliente
- Apertura ticket all'ufficio tecnico per risoluzione problematiche
Requisiti:
- Gradita eperienza pregressa in attività di Custumer care
- Tolleranza allo stress, ottime capacità comunicative e di orientamento al cliente.
- Buona conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici e Conoscenza del Pacchetto Office
Si offre: Contratto finalizzato all'inserimento indeterminato
Orario di Lavoro: Full time dal Lunedì al Venerdì
Sede di lavoro: Sesto Fiorentino
