ADDETTO/A PHONE COLLECTION
La risorsa si occuperà di contatto telefonico con i debitori, negoziazione diretta dei termini di pagamento con i clienti, sviluppo di strategie di recupero personalizzate tenendo conto delle specifiche situazioni dei debitori ed evasione di pratiche mediante gestionale.
Requisiti:
- Diploma in ambito Economico;
- Esperienza pregressa nel settore del recupero crediti di almeno 2/3 anni;
- precisione, proattività, dinamismo, capacità relazionali ed organizzative.
Luogo di lavoro: vicinanze Alba
Orario di lavoro: full time dal lunedì al venerdì
Iniziale contratto a tempo determinato con prospettiva continuativa.
