La risorsa riporterà direttamente al Responsabile del Servizio Assistenza e si occuperà della gestione delle attvità di customer service rivolte a clienti finali e agenti. Si richiede un'ottima conoscenza della lingua tedesca (livello C1-C2), ottimo utilizzo dei programmi principali Windows, preferibilemente AS400 e Sap. Compelatno il profilo doti empatiche e relazionali, predisposizione al lavoro in team e problem solving. Si offre contratto a tempo determinato con possibilità di proroghe. Luogo di lavoro: San Casciano in Val di Pesa.
