Orienta SpA - Società Benefit, filiale di Venezia-Mestre, ricerca IMPIEGATO/A CUSTOMER SERVICE | CALL CENTER per primaria realtà cliente con sede a Mestre (VE).
La risorsa si occuperà di prestare assistenza telefonica alla clientela e supporto telefonico per servizi informativi e risolutivi delle necessità, gestendo le chiamate in entrata ed uscita.
Richiesta disponibilità a lavorare su turni dal Lunedì al Venerdì su fascia oraria 08:00-20.00, con possibilità di fare un Sabato al mese.
Il candidato ideale è in possesso di:
- Diploma e/o Laurea;
- Gradita pregressa esperienza nel campo Customer Service, help desk, call center inbound/outbound;
- Padronanza dei principali applicativi informatici;
- Ottime capacità dialettiche e comunicative;
- Disponibilità immediata e residenza in zone limitrofe rispetto alla sede di lavoro.
Si offre iniziale contratto a tempo determinato in somministrazione, con possibilità di stabilizzazione diretta nel lungo periodo.
Orario di lavoro: part-time 30 ore settimanali
