La figura sarà formata per occuparsi di consulenza riguardante le applicazioni software e i sistemi informatici utilizzati per la gestione delle risorse umane. Guiderà l'ottimizzazione dei processi di gestione delle risorse umane attraverso l'implementazione e l'utilizzo di soluzioni software.
Mansioni:
- Supporto nella selezione, implementazione e personalizzazione di software HR.
- Analisi dei requisiti aziendali per identificare le esigenze specifiche di software HR.
- Consulenza sullo sviluppo di soluzioni software HR adeguate alle esigenze.
- Personalizzazione e configurazione dei software HR per adattarli ai processi aziendali.
- Formazione del personale sull'utilizzo del software HR.
Requisiti:
- Diploma di scuola superiore e/o laurea triennale in materie informatiche.
- Disponibilità a spostamenti sul territorio provinciale.
- Spiccata attenzione per i dettagli e impegno costante in termini di precisione.
- Conoscenza dei programmi Office e Web Browser.
- Buona conoscenza del tedesco e dell'inglese.
Orienta S.p.A., eine gemeinnützige Gesellschaft mit einer Niederlassung in Bozen, sucht im Auftrag eines Kundenunternehmens in Bozen einen JUNIOR HR APPLICATION CONSULTANT.
Die Person wird für die Beratung zu Softwareanwendungen und Informationssystemen, die für das Personalmanagement verwendet werden, geschult. Sie wird die Optimierung der Personalmanagementprozesse durch die Implementierung und Nutzung von Softwarelösungen leiten.
Aufgaben:
- Unterstützung bei der Auswahl, Implementierung und Anpassung von HR-Software.
- Analyse der Unternehmensanforderungen, um spezifische HR-Softwarebedürfnisse zu identifizieren.
- Beratung zur Entwicklung von HR-Softwarelösungen, die den Anforderungen entsprechen.
- Anpassung und Konfiguration von HR-Software, um sie an die Unternehmensprozesse anzupassen.
- Schulung des Personals in der Nutzung der HR-Software.
Anforderungen:
- Abitur und/oder Bachelor-Abschluss in Informatikfächern.
- Bereitschaft zu Reisen innerhalb der Provinz.
- Ausgeprägte Aufmerksamkeit für Details und kontinuierliches Engagement für Präzision.
- Kenntnisse in den Office-Programmen und Webbrowsern.
- Gute Kenntnisse in Deutsch und Englisch.
