Orienta spa Società Benefit ricerca per azienda operante nei Servizi Informatici a Catanzaro, un OPERATORE HELP DESK in LINGUA CECA.
Posizione:
- operatore Help Desk di primo livello telefonico in Italiano e Ceco
- turni 9-21 Lun-Dom
- possibilità di alternare attività in sede e smartworking
- contratto iniziale di di 3 mesi con possibilità di proroga
- Luogo di lavoro Catanzaro
- preferibile anche conoscenza della lingua inglese
Requisiti:
- Lingua: Italiano e Ceco (livello minimo: B2) + eventuale inglese
- Buone conoscenze informatiche ( gestione windows , conoscenza basi reti aiendali, strumenti ci controllo remoto )
- Capacità comunicative, attitudine al problem solving, propensione al lavoro in team (teamworking)
- Buona gestione della relazione e della comunicazione telefonica
- il candidato si occuperà di gestire le segnalazioni che arriveranno tramite autorilevamento-telefonata o e-mail
