Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente leader nel settore alimentare, un/a IMPIEGATO/A UFFICIO VENDITE.
Mansioni principali:
- Gestione completa degli ordini clienti: dalla ricezione alla conferma, fino alla consegna finale;
- Coordinamento delle spedizioni nazionali e internazionali, inclusa la preparazione della relativa documentazione doganale e di trasporto;
- Pianificazione della disponibilità dei prodotti finiti e monitoraggio delle giacenze nei magazzini aziendali e presso terzisti;
- Contatto quotidiano con clienti, trasportatori e fornitori di servizi logistici per garantire tempistiche e qualità di consegna.
Requisiti:
- Formazione o esperienza nel settore logistico, commerciale o import/export;
- Ottima conoscenza di italiano, tedesco e inglese;
- Buone capacità organizzative, precisione e spirito di iniziativa;
- Attitudine al lavoro in team e ottime doti comunicative.
Offriamo:
- Assunzione diretta a tempo determinato a scopo di stabilizzazione;
- Orario di lavoro full time, 40 ore settimanali, dal lunedì al venerdì;
- CCNL settore alimentare: 14° mensilità.

Hauptaufgaben:
- Selbstständige Bearbeitung der Kundenaufträge – von der Auftragserfassung über die Bestätigung bis hin zur termingerechten Lieferung;
- Koordination von nationalen und internationalen Versandaufträgen, einschließlich der Erstellung der erforderlichen Transport- und Zolldokumente;
- Planung der Verfügbarkeit von Fertigwaren und Überwachung der Lagerbestände in den internen sowie externen Lagern;
- Tägliche Kommunikation mit Kunden, Speditionen und Logistikdienstleistern, um Liefertermine und Qualitätsstandards sicherzustellen.
Anforderungen:
- Ausbildung oder Berufserfahrung im Bereich Logistik, Vertrieb oder Import/Export;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der italienischen, deutschen und englischen Sprache;
- Organisationsgeschick, Genauigkeit und Eigeninitiative;
- Teamfähigkeit sowie ausgeprägte Kommunikationsfähigkeiten.
Wir bieten:
- Direkte Festanstellung zunächst befristet, mit Option auf Übernahme;
- Vollzeitstelle (40 Stunden/Woche), von Montag bis Freitag;
- Kollektivvertrag Lebensmittelindustrie mit 14 Gehältern pro Jahr.
