Orienta S.p.A., Società Benefit, filiale di Bolzano, ricerca per azienda cliente con sede a Bolzano, operante nel settore della lavorazione del legno, un/a IMPIEGATO/A BACK OFFICE COMMERCIALE.
La risorsa sarà inserita all'interno dell'ufficio commerciale e avrà il compito di fornire supporto operativo alla clientela e alla rete vendita, assicurando una gestione efficiente e puntuale degli ordini.
Attività principali:
- Gestione delle richieste commerciali provenienti dai clienti;
- Inserimento e aggiornamento ordini nel gestionale aziendale;
- Comunicazione costante con i clienti;
- Supporto alla rete commerciale esterna nella predisposizione di offerte e documentazione.
Requisiti:
- Preferibile esperienza pregressa in ruoli analoghi;
- Ottima conoscenza dei principali strumenti informatici;
- Buone capacità comunicative, orientamento al cliente e attitudine proattiva;
- Capacità di lavorare in team, problem solving e buone doti organizzative;
- Buona conoscenza della lingua tedesca (parlata e scritta).

- Orario di lavoro: full time, 40 ore settimanali.
Orienta S.p.A., eine Benefitgesellschaft, Niederlassung Bozen, sucht für ein Kundenunternehmen in Bozen, tätig im Bereich Holzverarbeitung, eine/n SACHBEARBEITER/IN FÜR DAS KAUFMÄNNISCHE BACK OFFICE.
Die Person wird in das Verkaufsteam integriert und übernimmt operative Unterstützungsaufgaben für die Kundschaft und das Vertriebsteam, um eine effiziente und termingerechte Auftragsabwicklung sicherzustellen.
Hauptaufgaben:
- Bearbeitung von Kundenanfragen;
- Erfassung und Aktualisierung von Aufträgen im firmeneigenen ERP-System;
- Laufende Kommunikation mit den Kunden;
- Unterstützung des Außendienstes bei der Erstellung von Angeboten und Unterlagen.
Anforderungen:
- Berufserfahrung in einer vergleichbaren Position von Vorteil;
- Sehr gute Kenntnisse der gängigen IT-Anwendungen;
- Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten, Kundenorientierung und proaktive Arbeitsweise;
- Teamfähigkeit, Problemlösungskompetenz und gutes Organisationstalent;
- Gute Deutschkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift.
